Gravissimo lutto per Ben Stiller. La star della commedia hollywoodiana ha perso il padre Jerry, anche lui attore. E’ stato lo stesso Ben Stiller ad annunciare il decesso del padre su Twitter.
“Sono addolorato nel comunicare che mio padre, Jerry Stiller, è morto per cause naturali – ha scritto -. E’ stato un grande padre e nonno e marito devoto di Anne per circa 62 anni. Ci mancherà moltissimo. Papà, ti amiamo”.
Jerry Stiller, scomparso a 92 anni, ha recitato in serie tv molto popolari quali “Seinfeld” e “The King of Queen”. Insieme alla moglie Anne, scomparsa nel 2015, ha formato un duo comico che tra gli anni ‘60 e i ‘70 ha avuto un grande successo negli Stati Uniti. Jerry Stiller ha recitato con il figlio Ben in alcuni film tra cui “Zoolander”.
